MISSION STATEMENT:

Trinity’s mission is to provide clients across the State of Michigan with civil engineering and surveying services for projects of all sizes. From conceptual planning through completion, Trinity offers a highly skilled professional team working together, using common sense and practical experience, to enhance our community.


COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Trinity was formed as a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and surveying services. Our office is located in St. Johns, Michigan and was founded in 2003. David Kudwa P.E., Eric Harger and Sam Clark, P.S. bring decades of site development and surveying experience to Trinity. It is our goal to serve the community we live and work in with the highest quality service and it is our goal to work together with developers, municipalities and private individuals all over the State of Michigan to enhance the communities where they live and work.


SERVICES:

Residential & Commercial Site Development: Our design services include all facets of residential and commercial site development. We can assist the owner at any phase of development ranging from schematic design to permitting thru construction.

Construction Administration: Our project management services include schematic planning, preparation of construction and bid documents and contract administration. Projects include new and phased developments, site renovations and utility repairs.

Construction Surveying Services: Trinity is capable of providing full service construction staking and inspection for residential, commercial and municipal construction jobs.  

Surveying Services:   Virtually every employee at Trinity has a strong background in Land Surveying. Our knowledge and experience encompasses all areas of Surveying including but not limited to Architectural Surveys, Cadastral/Boundary Surveys, Geodetic Control Surveys, Right of Way Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ATLA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Global Positioning Surveys, Accident Investigation, Platting activities, Condominium Plans, Construction Staking, Expert Witness, Land Divisions, Legal Descriptions, Photogrammetric Control, Subdivisions, and Elevation Certificates.
